Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
2. Understand customer requirements and explain company services.
3.Generate and qualify leads through calling, emails, and follow-ups.
4. Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client conversion.
5. Maintain client databases and update CRM records.
6. Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
7. Provide regular updates on lead status and conversion performance.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
2.Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
3. Confident and presentable personality.
4. Basic knowledge of interiors, architecture, or construction preferred.
