Manage procurement, including bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor selection. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and change management to maintain financial targets. Maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as Project Head. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients regarding project details, site visits, and documentation. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate sales cycle, RERA guidelines, and documentation. Good organizational and follow-up abilities. Familiarity with property transactions, legal paperwork, and home loan processes is a plus.
