Job Description

Savvy is a progressive construction company that believes in changing the paradigm of the construction business by adopting innovative technologies. We are hiring for Executive CRM with inclusive experience in real estate. As Executive CRM you shall be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales teams in handling pre- and post-sales activities. The role involves maintaining customer databases, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely updates and support to clients throughout their property purchase journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Relationship Management

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients regarding project details, site visits, and documentation.

2. Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular follow ups and updates.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, grievances, and escalations.

  • Sales & Pre-Sales Support

1. Assist sales teams with lead follow-ups, nurturing, and conversions.

2. Coordinate with clients for site visits and property walkthroughs.

3. Provide clients with accurate information about properties, payment plans, and project status.

  • Post-Sales Coordination

1. Manage customer onboarding after booking, including documentation and agreement formalities.

2. Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams for loan processing, payment schedules, and registration.

3. Track customer payments, send reminders, and ensure timely collections.

  • Database & Reporting

1. Maintain and update CRM software with client interactions, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

2. Generate daily/weekly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and client feedback.

3. Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to management for process improvement.

  • Cross-Department Coordination

1. Liaise with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

2. Support in planning customer engagement activities, events, and handover ceremonies.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Sales (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales cycle, RERA guidelines, and documentation. Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Familiarity with property transactions, legal paperwork, and home loan processes is a plus.
