• Manage high rise building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Coordinate with site teams to plan and manage manpower resources, including laborers, engineers, and contractors.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reports using MS Project or similar tools.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during construction activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 20-30 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (high rise building construction).

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.

• Strong skills in project costing, construction management, resource management, site management.
