Role & responsibilities

Desired Qualification:

Law Graduate / Master from Top Law Schools, 15+ years experience in a renowned real estate
company.
Should be abreast with the latest legal developments and rulings, especially in the real estate
sector.
Excellent communication skills oral and written.
Desire to make impact and high work ethics
This role requires working directly with Leadership team
Thorough knowledge of prevailing laws especially related to real estate/ property.
Good drafting and negotiation skills
Good connection in revenue records dept. will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A candidate for the position of Legal (Litigation). The incumbent should have a minimum of 15-20 Years
of experience. Must have good experience working in the Real Estate sector.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Litigation knowledge from Real estate company.
