If you have experience in steering premium high-rise commercial or mixed-use developments from concept to commissioning—this is your stage. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end construction execution of a multi-million square foot project—ensuring timely delivery, quality control, safety, and cost efficiency. Build and nurture a high-performance team across planning, engineering, procurement, and site operations. Manage and collaborate with top-tier consultants, architects, vendors, and contractors. Drive financial and contractual controls, schedule adherence, and reporting across the entire project lifecycle. Champion innovation, sustainability, and quality assurance throughout execution. Represent the developer’s vision with confidence and integrity in all stakeholder interactions. 🧱 What We’re Looking For 18+ years of experience in managing large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with senior stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. Deep understanding of project scheduling tools, quality systems, and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
