Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the

  full lifecycle of construction projects

  , including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered

  on-time and within budget

  .
• Develop and implement

  strategic project plans

  and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Direct, mentor, and manage

  project management teams, engineers, and contractors

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  across all project sites.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and resolution of project-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in

  project delivery processes

  and reporting practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  In any stream, Construction Management, or related field

  ; Master’s preferred.

• 20+ years

  of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in

  semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial sectors

  .
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding

  $100M+

  .
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  construction methodologies, contracts, procurement, and safety regulations

  .
• Proficiency in

  project management software/tools

  (Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
