Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Delivery Manager (PDM) to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Responsibility you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure. This begins with project planning and initiation, where you will analyze client requirements, define project scope, set clear objectives, and prepare detailed schedules with proper resource allocation. Coordinate with design, development, testing, and support teams for smooth execution.
• You will play a crucial role in team coordination, managing cross-functional teams that include design, development, testing, and support. By assigning tasks effectively, setting priorities, and motivating the team.
• In terms of execution and delivery management, you will oversee the entire workflow to ensure that projects stay on track with respect to scope, time, and budget. Monitoring day-to-day progress, ensuring that deliverables meet the company’s quality standards
• Another key responsibility involves communication and relationship management. You will act as the primary point of contact for management throughout the project lifecycle, keeping them updated through regular meetings, progress reports, and transparent discussions.
• The role also demands strong reporting and documentation practices. You will be expected to provide regular updates to senior management and Management, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Accurate maintenance of all project records—including plans, reports, meeting notes, and change logs—will be essential. Post-delivery, you will conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in project management or delivery roles within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team handling.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Workfolio, Trello or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in web development, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress).
• Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile among this is added advantages.
• Hands-on experience working with design & Development teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹729,903.19 - ₹2,409,207.66 per year
