Project Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager who will be the bridge between clients, the development team, and leadership. Your past experience could be as a developer, tester, project coordinator, or business analyst, but you must now be ready to step up and own delivery, timelines, and client communication.

This is not a typical “9 to 5” corporate role—it’s about taking charge, firefighting when needed, and ensuring delivery at any cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of software development projects (primarily JS-based web and mobile apps).
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate closely with developers, testers, and designers to ensure quality and timely releases.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients—updates, escalations, and delivery commitments.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays, and drive resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication trails.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, team discipline, and accountability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in software development projects (any role: dev/test/BA/coordination).
• Hands-on understanding of JavaScript technologies (React, Node.js) and/or mobile app development (Flutter/React Native).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset—ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vilankurichi, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP Certification (Preferred)
