Job Description

  • Ensure and get up to date project milestones.
  • Oversee the supervision of employees and setup a robust employee reporting mechanism.
  • Motivate employees and solve their issues.
  • Have cross functional team meetings
  • Be able to deal with any critical business issues such as liasoning, legal, etc.
  • Handle day to day operations of the business
  • Coordinate with all teams across different verticals of the project and follow up on schedules
  • Prepare MIS reports for the management
  • Report to management regarding all issues through weekly and monthly reports
