Project Coordinator

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator (Civil) to oversee and coordinate site activities for civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of project activities at site, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion in line with project schedules. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site. Work closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with civil works. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with designs, drawings, and specifications. Assist the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical/site-related issues. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site. Conduct regular site inspections and report daily/weekly progress to management. Track materials availability, manage site logistics, and ensure timely procurement support. Identify and escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager and suggest corrective actions. Support documentation, work checklists, and quality assurance records. Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution. 5 – 6 years of site execution experience in civil works, with exposure to MEP coordination. Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and project execution practices. Familiarity with MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, etc.) integration with civil structures. Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills to handle contractors and site teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
