Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects under the guidance of Project Managers.
• Prepare, circulate, and maintain project documentation including

  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

  ,

  MoMs (Minutes of Meeting)

  , and status reports.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, business units) for smooth project execution.
• Support in creating workflows, checklists, and process documentation for functional and operational activities.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, ensuring structured communication and action item follow-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  project documentation

  SOPs, MoMs, reports, trackers.
• Good understanding of IT functional and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience as a

  Project Coordinator / PMO / Operations Coordinator

  in the IT domain.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining SOPs, MoMs, and project documentation.
• Exposure to IT service delivery, functional workflows, or operational support will be an added advantage.
