Growth Marketer

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale growth from the ground up in new, dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the growth strategy

  for user acquisition across India and SEA markets
• Run high-impact

  performance marketing campaigns

  on Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and local ad platforms
• Drive

  A/B testing

  to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies
• Build and scale

  influencer onboarding

  ,

  UGC content funnels

  , and

  viral growth loops

• Collaborate with product, content, and community teams to ensure cohesive regional growth strategies
  
• Analyze growth metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for rapid iteration and scaling
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  performance or growth marketing

• Proven success in

  0-to-1 launches

  or scaling high-growth

  consumer or mobile-first apps

• Strong understanding of social platforms and mobile growth levers specific to

  India & SEA

• Deep familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Branch, Mixpanel, etc.
  
• Ability to move fast, experiment quickly, and make data-informed decisions
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with creator economy, social commerce, or content-led platforms
  
• Regional marketing experience in SEA countries like Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, etc.
  
• Comfort working in startup environments with limited structure and high autonomy
