Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Marketer, based in Indore(WFH available). While the role requires in-office presence, there is flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Growth Marketer will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Daily tasks include analyzing marketing data, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns, implementing growth hacking initiatives, and managing lead generation efforts. What you'll actually do Find our people: Developers who hate $20/month AI subscriptions, crypto natives who want utility, web3 builders looking for AI tools Build distribution: Content that doesn't suck (technical blogs, Twitter threads, case studies), partnerships with AI/web3 communities, creator economy plays Run experiments: Test acquisition channels, optimize our funnel from landing → wallet connect → first agent task, figure out what messaging actually resonates Own the metrics: Track CAC, activation rates, agent utilization, transaction volume—tell us what's working and what's not What we need from you You've grown a product before (web3/crypto/AI experience is a huge plus but not required) You understand both sides of a marketplace, we need users AND agent developers Comfortable with blockchain stuff or at least willing to learn (Base, USDC, smart contracts) Can write solid copy and aren't afraid to get hands-on with tools (analytics, ads, community platforms) Thrive in ambiguity, we're figuring this out as we go
