Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at MatchBest Group, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing full-stack data pipelines and dashboards. From ingesting data on AWS and Databricks to delivering real-time insights through Power BI and Salesforce CRM, you’ll support large-scale collaborations and business-critical analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain

  scalable data pipelines

  using AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda) and Databricks (PySpark).
• Design

  interactive dashboards and KPIs

  in Power BI tailored to executive and functional use cases.
• Extract and analyze

  Salesforce CRM data

  to support sales performance and marketing attribution.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to understand analytics goals and deliver actionable insights.
• Automate and optimize

  data eporting processes

  and ensure system integrity.
• Maintain clear documentation of data workflows, business rules, and insights models.

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
• Proven experience with

  AWS cloud services

  especially Redshift, Glue, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in

  Databricks and PySpark

  for data engineering and processing.
• Strong knowledge of

  Power BI

  including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard sharing/refresh workflows.
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce CRM

  , including data model, SOQL, or API-based integrations.
• Excellent command of

  SQL and Python

  .
• Strong problem-solving and business communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  consumer tech, media, OTT, or fintech

  sectors.
• Knowledge of tools like Fivetran, dbt, Airflow, or other orchestration platforms.
• AWS or Power BI certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments.
