About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, creating dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.

· Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

· Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

· Build and maintain data pipelines, queries, and automated reporting systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Finance, Operations).

· Conduct deep-dive analysis to solve business problems and present findings to management.

· Ensure data accuracy, validate datasets, and maintain data integrity.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc analytical reports.

· Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

· Provide recommendations to improve business processes based on data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

· Strong expertise in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Data Visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

· Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

· Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

· Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.

· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Experience in A/B testing and business experimentation.

· Understanding of business KPIs and metrics.
