Job Overview:

The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product, to provide accurate and timely data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling as needed.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results for transparency and reproducibility.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Google BigQuery.
Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipeline development.
Understanding of business intelligence and KPI reporting.
