Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain business development data (leads, client information, sales performance, meetings, etc.).
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps to support decision-making.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Business Development team.
Develop dashboards and MIS reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas).
Track client interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with the Business Development Executives and provide insights for improving conversions.
Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Present insights in a simple and understandable format.
Assist in forecasting, target tracking, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, dashboards).
Good understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and data analysis techniques.
Ability to interpret numbers and convert them into meaningful insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills for sharing insights with the BD team.
Basic understanding of CRM tools (not mandatory but a plus).
Bachelors degree in any field; specialization in analytics/business/statistics is an advantage.
