Your Core Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Outbound

  • Build ICP-based messaging for BFSI, healthcare, support centers, and enterprise IT.
  • Create outbound sequences for email + LinkedIn.
  • Experiment with angles, pitches, and call scripts to book more demos.
  • Support SDRs with messaging/micro experiments.

2. Growth Experiments

Every week, run high-velocity experiments:

  • Landing page variations
  • New messaging frameworks
  • A/B outreach tests
  • New lead sources
  • Video-first campaigns
  • Webinar funnels

increase demos + qualified conversations

3. Content & Campaigns

  • Write sharp content for LinkedIn, case studies, ads, email, and landing pages.
  • Convert customer stories into high-impact assets.
  • Build short video assets with designers.

4. Funnel Optimization

  • Improve conversion across awareness → interest → demo → opportunity.
  • Own metrics: CTR, CPL, MQL, SQL, and demo conversions.

5. Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Founders
  • SDR team
  • Product team
  • Partnership leads

  • Strong writing and communication
  • Basic understanding of growth funnels
  • Ability to design and run experiments
  • Familiar with tools like Snov, Notion, HubSpot/Zoho, analytics, etc.
  • Ownership mindset — you can take an outcome and run with it

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Google/LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO basics
  • Video editing for short-form content
  • Landing page tools (Framer, Webflow, WordPress)
  • Running outreach campaigns
