Project Coordinator

Job Summary:The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of company projects. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all project activities are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and implementation of project activities. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes. Track project progress and report deviations or potential risks to management. Follow up on deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. Support in resource allocation, procurement coordination, and vendor management. Assist in budget monitoring and invoice processing. Conduct project review meetings and share status updates regularly. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and project standards. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project records, and managing correspondence. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
