Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of technology and business programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating project activities, supporting project teams, and ensuring quality compliance across various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and reporting support to Program/Project Leaders.
  • Enhance and support program management methodology, governance and best practices.
  • Maintain, monitor, and publish program dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Support resource planning, onboarding, allocation, and capacity tracking.
  • Conduct periodic audits, track findings, and support corrective actions.
  • Manage access and security permissions for program tools and applications.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies) logs and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
  • Support administrative and operational activities across the project portfolio.
  • Assist in monitoring financials, budgeting, and cost reporting of programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Coordination role, preferably in a medium to large IT/Technology environment.
  • Solid hands-on experience coordinating IT or business projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies such as Waterfall (Agile knowledge beneficial).
  • Proven experience in delivery coordination, financial tracking, reporting, RAID management, and documentation control.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in PPM tools, MS Excel, Tableau, MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach and a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on IT / Operations / Service industry projects.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments.
  • Project management certifications such as CAPM, Agile, or Scrum (advantageous).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
