Job Title: Project Coordinator – IT Projects Location: Base Location Raipur Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Project Manager / Program Manager Experience Required: 3 year exp in IT project coordination only Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT project coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and scheduling IT projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of project activities. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and report issues or risks. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items. Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure follow-up on open items. Track project budgets and resource utilization as needed. Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date, and assist in project audits. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and support project managers in daily administrative tasks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Project coordination: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
