Role Summary:

Acts as the central point of coordination for project activities, timelines, resources, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of offshore pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation for pipeline activities.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, logistics, and offshore operations teams.
• Track progress, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Organize and participate in project review meetings, MOM documentation, and follow-ups.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Support logistics coordination for offshore mobilization/demobilization.
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for updates and approvals.
• Handle permits, compliance documentation, and ensure alignment with marine and HSE regulations.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Marine preferred)
2. 3–5 years of experience in offshore pipeline or oil & gas project coordination
3. Knowledge of project execution, engineering, procurement, and offshore operations
4. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
5. Strong coordination and communication skills across internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Experience in documentation, MOMs, permits, and compliance processes
7. Familiarity with HSE standards and marine regulatory requirements
8. Ability to track project progress, manage timelines, and prepare status reports
