Project Coordinator,

• To provide assistance in designing qualitative and quantitative surveys, data organization through field visits and meetings with several key stakeholders and state agencies pan India, analysis of collected data and writing reports.

• To lead and manage team for proposal development, coordination of activities, execution of project deliverables, ensure on-time and within budget implementation, support client relationships and work with the team to identify and execute implementation approaches supporting India s sustainability goals.

• To contribute in path-breaking and innovative design, implementation, and financing solutions.

• Other responsibilities are listed below:

• Field visits for data collection, conducting focused group discussions

• Identify gaps in technology requirement of FPOs

• Marketing strategies to build relations with FPOs and gather information on required technology

• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

• Interact, network and collaborate for agriculture technology providers

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarising research finds for internal and external stakeholders

• Be updated on emerging technologies, and trends in sustainable agriculture

• Submission of DPRs under various schemes available

The selected candidate will provide analytical support, evaluating the need for and usefulness of decarbonization of the agriculture sector with specific emphasis on clean technologies deployed in key end-uses such as micro and small industries, agriculture post-harvesting processes and allied sectors. The Project Coordinator is expected to build strong links with state departments, industry associations and innovators including the start-up community and incubators.

The Project Coordinator s role would be to lead proposal development, execution of project deliverables, ensure on-time and within budget implementation, support client relationships and work with the team to identify and execute implementation approaches supporting India s sustainability goals. The candidate should have experience in agriculture sector, rural livelihoods, policies and regulations and impact space. The chosen candidates shall contribute to path-breaking and innovative design, implementation, and financing solutions.

The Project Coordinator s role would be to support in other energy and environment sector related projects related to transportation electrification, built environment, utility-driven clean energy projects and assist in the development of course content and training modules and in organizing webinars and learning events in relevant sustainability areas. The Project Coordinator s role would be also support in identifying partners for collaboration in India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa and other emerging economies.

• Master s degree from reputed institutions in India and elsewhere in Energy, Environment, Engineering, Economics or Management

• 5-7 years experience working in energy sectors or research/ consulting experience; or experience at businesses involved in delivering clean energy or environmental services

• Knowledge of agricultural schemes in India to strengthen product value chain, understanding the value chain and post-harvest process

• Experience of working directly with governments at the state and central levels preferred

• Experience of working with CSR foundations, impact created through contributing in India s Sustainable Development Goals

• Demonstrated experiences in managing and leading teams, managing projects, including overseeing budgets and meeting deadlines for project delivery

• Leadership skills to handle end-to-end projects related to energy, electricity, clean transport, agricultural value chains, knowledge resource in development sectors

• Self-starter, showing demonstrated interest in energy, environment, climate related topics

• Strong experience in proposal writing and business development efforts to secure new projects and build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders

• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate issues, give presentations, and prepare formal written reports

• Self-motivated and organized; able to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and to work both independently as well as on teams

• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

• Willingness to travel for about 35% of work months

• Preferred but not mandatory: certifications in energy auditing, energy management, measurement and verification; experienced in modelling techniques including power analysis and software such as Matlab; LEED certification; PMP certification
