About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong technical foundation in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience in managing data scraping projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Coordinate and oversee end-to-end scraping projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and analysts to align tasks with project timelines.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Client Management

Serve as the single point of contact for client communication.

Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships.

Technical Involvement

Demonstrate understanding of scraping frameworks, data extraction techniques, and workflows.

Use Python and SQL for data validation, analysis, and reporting.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the development team.

People & Process Management

Manage team members, assign responsibilities, and track deliverables.

Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and project goals.

Foster a collaborative work environment and effectively manage high-pressure situations.

Reporting & Documentation

Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for internal and client communication.

Prepare project status reports, escalation notes, and detailed documentation.

Required Skillset

Strong technical foundation in Python and SQL (must-have).

Basic knowledge of web scraping tools, APIs, and data pipelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong client management and stakeholder handling abilities.

Proven experience in people management and team coordination.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the web scraping / data extraction industry.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
