Role – Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ongoing projects.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and escalate issues to management when required.
Assist in resource allocation and manage day-to-day operational activities.
Ensure effective communication across departments to maintain workflow.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of project management tools/software.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.
Experience – 1 to 2 years in project coordination/operations.
Salary Range – ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month.
