Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Vlookup Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be an integral part of planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with the project team, and overseeing project progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for team management, resource allocation, risk identification and mitigation, quality standards enforcement, budget management, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Coordinate with the project team to ensure alignment with project goals and tasks. - Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and addressing issues promptly. - Oversee team members" daily responsibilities, establish clear objectives, assign tasks effectively, and provide guidance and mentorship. - Allocate resources effectively and anticipate resource needs throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage risks throughout the project. - Establish and enforce project quality standards, conduct regular quality reviews, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. - Facilitate project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and maintain open communication channels. - Develop and manage project budgets, track project expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial constraints. - Ensure completion of project deliverables, obtain client acceptance, conduct post-mortems, document lessons learned, and apply them to future projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
