Job Description – Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who will act as the bridge between clients, development teams, testers, and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements quickly and accurately, ensuring they are clearly communicated to the team.

Coordinate effectively with developers, testers, clients, and management to ensure project alignment.

Support clients with problem-solving and act as the first point of contact for issue resolution.

Prepare, maintain, and track documentation, reports, and project updates.

Share updates with management regularly through reports, presentations, or direct communication.

Create and maintain project reports, timelines, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Monitor multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively when conflicts arise.

Adapt to changing project needs, risks, and scope adjustments.

Identify risks and assist in mitigation planning.

Manage and engage stakeholders, providing assurance and comfort during project phases.

Support decision-making processes by providing accurate data, reports, and insights.

Utilize project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar platforms.

Take initiative, support leadership, and demonstrate strong accountability and follow-through.

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong interpersonal collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.

Good understanding of project management principles.

Strong grasping power to quickly understand business and customer requirements.

Clear and professional communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, or similar).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong documentation, reporting, and tracking skills.

Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Basic technical know-how relevant to the industry.

Strong follow-up skills, accountability, and ability to work independently.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
