Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and completing projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will support the project manager and team members in ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and adherence to project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources.
Assist in project planning, documentation, and progress tracking.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure clarity on deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, and status updates.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure targets are met.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and up to date.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in project coordination or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
