Location: Bhubaneswar (Base Office) – Project travel across India
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical) / Diploma (Electrical) with relevant experience
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Reporting To: Project Head / Operations Head

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Project Coordinator (Electrical – Solar) to oversee and manage solar project execution across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar installation, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project activities within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple solar projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Supervise site activities and coordinate with installation partners for timely execution.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
• Maintain project documentation – material receipts, warranty details, and installation checklists.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly project reports to the Project Head.
• Ensure project handover within defined timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Travel to project sites across India for supervision and coordination.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in solar project coordination or execution.
• Strong understanding of solar installation and electrical systems.
• Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel extensively.
