Program Officer

Your Role & Responsibilities

Under the leadership of the Director - HCL Foundation and the assigned personnel, the incumbent’s primary responsibilities will include planning, strategizing and implementation of Education, Skill Development, Health, Environment related projects of HCL Foundation’s rural flagship Program – HCL Samuday in Hardoi.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize the organization’s biggest challenges and strategic initiatives, and champion them from start to finish
• Develop compelling, insightful recommendations through data analysis, and qualitative learning
• Analyze strategic decisions and turn those insights into results and continually assess and refine those decisions as new insights emerge
• Create and monitor reports to help teams identify performance issues, trends, and opportunities
• Project manage special initiatives, such as the design and implementation of best practices and internal process and procedure roll-outs
• Research and implement best practices and innovative solutions for rural development initiatives, while optimizing operational excellence
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels
• Prepare and present findings to all relevant parties, including senior management
• Regularly conduct field visits to monitor ongoing activities and ensure effective implementation of operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• MBA/MSW/MPH/ Master’s in the field of Agriculture/Rural Development/ Social Works/Sociology/Sustainability & relevant field with minimum 60% across academics (10th, 12th, UG and last semester of PG).
• Relevant work experience would be added advantage.

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required, you can speak and understand Hindi for Hardoi, UP location & Tamil is required for Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu location
