Program Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Will be administratively and functionally report to respective vertical Sr. Program Officer
• Will work closely with Sr. Program Officer in planning the activities on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis Facilitate training and various events at school & central level.
• Facilitate and implementation of the two programs called Digital Based Learning Program and ‘Brillio Volunteering Program’ in Bangalore location
• Facilitate co-curricular activities, employee engagement activities as per plans made
• Prepare tentative budget and seek approvals.
• Conduct school level trainings, centralized trainings, on-site support visits, exposure visits and skill transfer meets regularly to promote digital based skills & learning among Head Masters, teachers & students
• Liasoning with Govt. Departments & seek support for the program Attend partners review meetings, internal meetings and external meetings with NGOs and Government as and when needed
• Facilitate and maintain database of baseline, endline, monthly checklist and tracking tools
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports to partner and government Stay updated on emerging trends in digital learning and recommend innovative approaches
