Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Teaching and Curriculum: Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons to nursery students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Use creative teaching methods to engage young learners. Introduce basic concepts such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors. Encourage social and emotional development through play and activities. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. 2. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and ensure a safe classroom environment. Organize classroom materials and resources. Manage transitions between activities effectively. Address individual student needs and provide necessary support. 3. Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share feedback. Collaborate with parents to enhance student learning at home. 4. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct formative and summative assessments. Keep records of student performance and attendance. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff members. Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions. Support school initiatives and programs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related field. Teaching certification or relevant experience. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Understanding of the unique needs of EWS students. Salary: (negotiable, based on candidature)
