Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Manage multiple related projects to achieve organizational

goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy.

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data (SQL proficiency is a plus but not a must have).

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility to leadership.

• Contribute to business and product strategy discussions with a strong, data-driven

perspective.

• Strategic Oversight: Define program scope, allocate resources, and manage risks.

• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Ensure clear communication and

coordination across teams and with stakeholders.

• Progress Monitoring: Track, measure, and report progress/ outcomes of growth/

strategic initiatives.

• Program Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
