AI Program Manager - Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

AI Market Research & Trend Mapping

• Stay updated with latest in AI, GenAI, LLMs, agents, Agentic AI, AGI/ASI trends
• Identify skill gaps and market demands for freshers and working professionals
• Benchmark competing programs and build strategic differentiators

  Product Management Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development for AI programs from ideation to launch, including feature prioritization and learner journey design.
• Design industry-relevant AI curriculums (Foundations to Advanced)
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and define product specs that align with business and learner goals.
• Map tools, projects, and delivery models (bootcamps, micro-certifications, etc.)
• Work closely with content, tech, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery of AI learning products.
• Work with SMEs to build capstone projects, AI agent labs, and use-case driven content

  Launch Ownership

• Plan end-to-end readiness for new AI program launches (content, GTM, delivery)
• Define learner journeys, milestone check-ins, and project/demo day formats
• Collaborate with product team to ensure seamless learning experience

  Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with delivery, content, and faculty teams for program execution
• Support marketing with thought leadership (blogs, webinars, social content ideas)
• Interface with external experts for guest sessions or co-branded programs
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4-6 years of experience

  in AI/ML, Data Science, or EdTech Program Strategy
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML/DL, GenAI, Transformers, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agents
• Exposure to emerging domains like Agentic AI, AGI/ASI is a big plus
• Prior experience in

  curriculum design, AI consulting, or EdTech

  is preferred

• MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

  ability to think both business & academic
• Strong execution ownership and ability to move fast with limited data
