Assistant Manager for the Dhara Project

We’re looking for an experienced professional to manage, coordinate, and drive impactful livelihood initiatives across Pune (Vadgaon Sheri/Budhwar Peth).

Key Responsibilities :

* Support program planning, budgeting, and long-term strategy with coordinators.

* Oversee project execution, timelines, and activity management across centers.

* Prepare reports, newsletters, case studies, and support audio-visual documentation.

* Guide team members, facilitate trainings, organize staff meetings, and manage follow-ups.

* Engage with donors, coordinate stakeholder visits, and foster strong relationships.

* Oversee procurement and resource management for all project needs.

* Maintain records, implement data systems, and track project outcomes.

* Accountable for achieving project goals, improving impact, and problem-solving.

* Uphold organizational values, especially in women’s empowerment and community work.

* Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

* 4+ years in livelihood development projects (agri/non-agri vocational training, enterprise/FPO, SHG development).

* Educational Degree - Masters of Social Work

* Worked in NGO or Social Sector.

* Knowledge of National Skill and social security schemes.

* Strong project management, documentation, and team facilitation skills.

* Two-wheeler required.
