Program Manager



Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Process Enhancement

  • Improve existing systems like

    faculty feedback

    ,

    class ratings

    , and

    academic content tracking

    .
  • Design frameworks to collect, analyze, and act upon academic and student feedback.
  • Ensure timely availability and quality of academic content across subjects and batches.


2. Process Automation & Optimization

  • Identify repetitive academic and operational tasks and

    automate

    them to improve turnaround time and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and data teams to develop efficient workflows and tracking tools.


3. Faculty Growth & Development

  • Design and implement programs that help

    faculties grow as educators and content creators

    .
  • Conduct sessions, training, and initiatives to enhance teaching methodology, delivery, and digital presence.
  • Facilitate inter-faculty learning, peer reviews, and content creation opportunities.


4. Data & Dashboard Management

  • Build

    performance dashboards

    for task visibility, academic progress, and feedback trends.
  • Generate actionable insights from academic and operational data to guide decision-making.


5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Academic, Content, Product, and Operations teams to align academic goals.
  • Ensure smooth communication, timely reporting, and high ownership across ongoing projects.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, or Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    academic operations

    ,

    program management

    , or

    process optimization

    (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Sheets, Excel, and dashboarding tools

    (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Good understanding of academic delivery and faculty management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
