Job Description

Program & Grant Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of grants including scope, work-plan, RACI, critical path, and change control.
  • Ensure compliance with donor policies, including narrative and financial reporting, audits, procurement, and sub-award management.
  • Stand up and scale sites through SOPs, change management, clinical workflow fit, and training plans.
  • Coordinate integrated delivery across product, integrations, field ops, data/impact, and clinical workstreams; unblock issues and implement durable solutions.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Act as day-to-day liaison for global funders and government stakeholders, manage reviews, and steering committees.
  • Coordinate implementing partners, device OEMs, and third-party vendors with clear SLAs and governance.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support pursuit/renewal planning.

Financial & Operational Stewardship

  • Manage program budget, burn, and forecast; ensure ?95% budget adherence with timely variance explanations.
  • Oversee compliant procurement of devices, consumables, and services across countries.
  • Establish dashboards for executives and funders covering delivery, finances, risks, and impact.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)

  • Define targets and track KPIs such as scan volumes, trained users, site adoption, turnaround time, and pilot-to-scale conversions.
  • Ensure data quality, ethics/IRB adherence, and privacy/security compliance (GDPR/HIPAA/local laws).
  • Lead learning cycles and disseminate insights to improve program effectiveness.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain RAID logs; proactively mitigate regulatory, supply-chain, and operational risks.
  • Lead readiness, UAT, and go-live quality gates; coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Ensure safeguarding, PSEA, and child-protection standards are embedded in field operations.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Manage and mentor a cross-cultural team including program associates, field coordinators, MEL, and vendor teams.
  • Build training curricula for clinical and non-clinical staff covering protocols, device handling, data capture, and safety.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, management, development, or related field; MBA/MPH preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage.
  • 6+ years in program/grant management in public health/global development with multi-country, multi-million-dollar grants.
  • Experience deploying medical devices or digital health solutions (Radiology, PACS/DICOM, EMR/HIS integrations).
  • Familiarity with IRB/ethics processes and data-protection regimes (GDPR/HIPAA/local).
  • Strong donor compliance experience, sub-award/vendor management, and audit readiness.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controls.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams (2040+) with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to LMIC health systems and last-mile operations.
  • Certification in project/program management.
  • SRAI/CRA or similar research administration credentials.
