Program Manager

Responsible for Operations of 108 Ambulances in the assigned district(s).

1. To provide leadership to 150 to 200 employees in the area of operations.

2. Responsible for Partner relations, leveraging Govt Relations in the Districts. Adhere to SLAs on conduct of

3. Executive Committee meeting with the District Collector(s), once in every quarter and also represent GVK -EMRI, in all review meetings in the District conducted by Govt. Authorities

Handling operations issues and escalations from key stake holders in the District.

1. Maintaining good Hospital Relations to ensure prompt care of patients taken by 108 ambulances

2. Responsible for handling maximum emergencies possible in the assigned territory through the optimum

3. Utilization of available resources through proper manpower planning & positioning, better fleet

4. Management to ensure maximum uptime of ambulances.

5. Effectively manage and motivate Field manpower for smooth operations.

6. Ensure cordial relations with the Media, conduct Press meets periodically and ensure optimal media

7. Coverage about 108 services in the assigned area of operations.

8. Develop comprehensive plans to conduct EM training programs in the assigned territory

9. Responsible for conducting brand awareness campaigns/activities/public engagement activities

10. Presentations, Events, co- branding etc .

11. Identify and develop New Vendors (Fleet, Fuel, Oxygen) in district/ assigned area of operations and

12. Effectively manage vendor relations for smooth operations.

13. Driving Key Initiatives for strengthening operations.

14. Handling & dissemination of MIS reports.

Qualifications

MBA in Marketing, BTech Mechanical /Automobile.

Leadership Quality

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Team Management Skill

Willing to relocate anywhere in Kerala

Experience

5 + Years of experience in Team Handling/People Management
