Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager, located in Chennai. The Program Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of educational programs, coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of program components, and maintain high standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities include developing program schedules, tracking progress, managing budgets, and providing support to educators and students. The Program Manager will also handle conflict resolution, performance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes.

• Program Management, Project Planning, and Scheduling skills
• Experience with Budget Management and Resource Allocation
• Stakeholder Coordination and Communication skills
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in the education or Edtech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
