Role Overview

We are seeking a Head – Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Relations who will drive Hyperlaunch’s industry engagement and corporate relations charter. This leader will forge high-impact partnerships with corporates, tech startups, and global enterprises across Computer Science & Engineering domains (AI, software development, product engineering, data science, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the edtech industry, establishing corporate hiring pipelines, industry collaborations, and enterprise upskilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnerships & New Alliances

• Establish and scale corporate hiring partnerships to enable talent absorption from Hyperlaunch’s learner base.

• Build collaborations with startups, IT service companies, product firms, and MNCs for projects, internships, hackathons, and co-branded initiatives.

• Design & execute strategic MoUs with corporates in AI, software engineering, data, and related domains, creating win–win value propositions.

2. Corporate Relations & Business Development

• Develop corporate skilling and workforce upskilling programs in partnership with enterprises.

• Act as the industry-facing leader for Hyperlaunch at forums, HR conclaves, tech conferences, and recruitment summits.

• Build and scale Hyperlaunch’s corporate hiring engine for student placements and career transitions.

3. Leadership & Ecosystem Building

• Lead a Corporate Relations and Partnerships Team, with targets on corporate MoUs, placement conversions, and revenue from B2B collaborations.

• Represent Hyperlaunch to CXOs, HR leaders, L&D heads, and startup founders to position Hyperlaunch as a trusted talent & skilling partner.

• Provide industry insights to curriculum and product teams to align programs with the latest corporate requirements.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• 8–15 years of experience in strategic partnerships / corporate relations, with specific experience in edtech hiring/partnership roles.

• Proven track record of building corporate pipelines for student placements & career outcomes in an edtech environment.

• Strong CXO-level connect with corporate talent acquisition, HR, and technology leaders.

• Demonstrated success in closing corporate hiring MoUs, onboarding industry partners, and scaling B2B relations in tech education / skilling ecosystems.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and networking capabilities.

• Deep understanding of Computer Science talent requirements (AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, Full-Stack, Cybersecurity, etc.) across industries.

Good to Have

• Experience in early-stage edtech growth/scale-ups, building placement & partnership functions from the ground up.

• Prior exposure to corporate L&D, workforce upskilling, or CSR-funded tech education projects.

• Strong visibility in campus-to-corporate hiring and tech recruitment ecosystems.
