Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Technical Instructor. The Senior Technical Instructor will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials and curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, they will mentor aspiring graduates, provide feedback, and collaborate with other instructors to ensure the highest quality of training. The role involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the training programs relevant and impactful. Qualifications Overall 7+ Years of experience as a Corporate & Institutional Trainer Skills in Technical Training - Python, Java, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Structures, MERN. Experience in Training & Development Strong Communication skills Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials Proficiency in mentoring and providing constructive feedback Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Previous experience in the education or Edtech industry is a plus Show more Show less
