Senior Technical Instructor

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Instructor to lead the evaluation and enhancement of Last Mile Assistance (LMA) sessions for students pursuing careers in Data Science and Web Development. The role involves close coordination with counsellors, placement students, and the placement and learning teams to identify gaps, assess student performance, and design targeted interventions that boost placement readiness.

This position requires strong data analysis skills, familiarity with technical education domains, and a structured approach to improving student learning outcomes using tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, and MERN stack awareness.

Prime Responsibilities

• Understand the objectives ofLast Mile Assistance (LMA)sessions and align appropriate sessions with counsellors.
• Conductdebriefing callswith students post-interviews to capture learning gaps and guide them accordingly.
• Prepare ato-do listwith curated materials and resources tailored to each student's improvement areas.
• Leadregular revision sessionswith placement students to reinforce core concepts.
• Analyze performance inhackathonsto generate comparative reports and uncover skill gaps or learning trends. Simultaneously,conduct targeted hackathon classeson core programming languages such asPython, SQL, JavaScript, and DSAto address identified deficiencies.
• Track student progress through analytics and provide feedback loops to improve the effectiveness of support programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with counsellors, placement teams, and operations to close learning-to-placement gaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum3-5 years of experiencein a learning analytics, EdTech, or L&D-focused role.
• Proficiency inPython, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel.
• Working knowledge ofHTML, CSS, JS, andMERN stackfor contextual awareness in Web Development programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently in aremote settingand handle multiple student cohorts.
• Familiarity with tech-enabled learning environments and outcome-driven education models.
