Job Description

What will you do

Delivers Red Hat Training curriculum and exams in a physical and virtual classroom setting.
Works with Red Hat content creation teams to improve and enhance the associates learning experience
Develops real-world examples and hands-on lab exercises to supplement Red Hat Training content (where applicable)
Solid level of knowledge with Red Hat products and can solve technical problems independently
Coordinates with Training Manager and Team Lead on planning and execution of training delivery for each fiscal year
Project collaboration with all informed members, including those on the training team as well as those outside the team.

What will you bring

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years of open source industry experience
Experience delivering technical training in a classroom and virtual setting
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or ability to pursue certification
Extensive background in Linux system administration and deployment
Extensive knowledge of Red Hat's portfolio of offerings and open source software
Ability to quickly learn new technologies such as AI and Virtualization
Troubleshooting and issue reporting
Strong presentation and classroom management skills
Fluent English language skills with solid writing, presentation, and communication skills
