Job Description

The Program Manager will lead end-to-end planning and execution of new office setup projects, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure components such as network cabling, voice systems, HVAC, and internet connectivity. This role requires strong coordination across multiple vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to achieve operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Governance & Planning

    • Define scope, timelines, and budgets for office setup projects.
    • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Infrastructure Setup

    • Oversee installation of

      network cabling

      , LAN/WAN components, and internet connectivity.
    • Coordinate

      voice setup

      (PBX, VoIP, conferencing systems) and ensure integration with enterprise communication platforms.
    • Manage

      HVAC installation

      and ensure alignment with building standards and energy efficiency requirements.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the single point of contact for subcontractors, OEMs, and third-party providers.
    • Drive consensus among internal IT, facilities, and business teams.
  • Risk & Issue Management

    • Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure deployment.
    • Ensure contingency plans for delays or technical challenges.
  • Quality & Compliance

    • Validate installations against design specifications and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct acceptance testing for network and voice systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    network design and implementation

    , including LAN/WAN, cabling standards, and internet provisioning.
  • Familiarity with

    voice technologies

    (PBX, VoIP, conferencing).
  • Understanding of

    HVAC systems

    and building infrastructure coordination.
  • Expertise in

    program management methodologies

    (PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe).
  • Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
