The Opportunity
Unified Infotech is looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Project Manager – Growth Marketing to lead client-facing and internal growth marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and results - a sharp operator who’s fluent in marketing levers and passionate about moving the needle across awareness, acquisition, and activation stages.
You’ll own the success of growth projects from kickoff to ROI, collaborating with internal teams and clients alike. Whether it’s launching a new brand, scaling performance marketing, optimizing a B2B SaaS funnel, or cracking GTM for a startup. We want someone who understands the “why” behind the “what,” and can lead through both ambiguity and action.
Your Mission, Your Impact
Strategic Project Ownership:
- Translate client or internal business goals into structured, outcome-oriented marketing project plans
- Own planning and delivery across campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid social, website/UX revamps, brand strategy, and content
- Align strategy with realistic resource maps, timelines, sprint goals, and KPIs
Growth-Centric Execution:
- Collaborate with in-house teams (content, design, SEO, performance, dev) and external vendors to bring campaigns to life
- Ensure alignment with key growth metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, demo bookings, CAC, etc.
- Proactively propose CRO experiments, funnel optimizations, and new opportunities based on campaign analytics
Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
- Act as the point of contact for marketing leadership and client marketing stakeholders
- Lead reviews, retros, and strategy revisions based on marketing performance
- Help early-stage and mid-market clients find market traction through unified GTM campaigns
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, often directly with founders, CMOs, and marketing teams in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
Data + Reporting:
- Monitor and report performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, ad dashboards, and CRM insights
- Package insights into meaningful stories for both internal learning and client decision-making
- Present performance insights, campaign learnings, and strategy pivots through transparent, confident reporting
Others:
- Understand client industries, target audiences, and core value props to build marketing strategies that drive MQLs, demo bookings, and conversions.
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels, including:
- SEO (on-page, content-led, AI-assisted)
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Social Media (organic + paid)
- Website and Landing Pages (UX-focused and CRO-optimized)
- Branding & PR
- Collaborate with creative, performance, dev, and content teams to deliver work that balances execution speed with strategic integrity.
- Bring fresh, “growth hacker meets strategist” ideas to the table, especially when results depend on sharp execution in lean environments.
