Job Description

Job Summary

As the Engineering Manager you will lead pool of engineers and be accountable for the technical health delivery and talent development within Global Stores and Supply Chain Engineering Common Services. You will drive engineering excellence foster innovation and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams.Strong organizational and team management skills with experience leading global teams.Proven performance management skills including coaching goal setting and accountability.3+ years of experience with enterprise Windows Server and x86 hardware platform management. Including and understanding of AD Networking PowerShell and Hardware systems.Wintel Databases Wintel windows server mobile device management core competencies3 + years of experience in test planning and executionSolid understanding of supply chain operations including material handling warehouse management systems environmental controls and access control systems.Perform hands on configuration development and implementation on Xstore POS work as neededFamiliarity with enterprise applications such as Oracle Xstore UKG Workforce Management and Manhattan WMS.Demonstrated success in building and supporting scalable high-performance applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore Xservices customizationPayments experience using EFTLINK or Adyen AURUS TD SDK for NFC paymentsUpgrade experience & Migration using Oracle DMU ToolkitHybridization experience for XcenterStrong Java and RESTful webservices experienceExperience integrating Xstore with ERP CRM Loyalty OMS eCOMCloud experience with AWS (preferred) Azure or GCP - deployment monitoring and scalingFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes ECS)Knowledge of retail store operations and compliance requirementsExcellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills

Preferred Certifications (Good To Have)-

Oracle Retail Xstore CertificationAWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
