Role Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of training programs and projects at Codegnan. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders including trainers, students, academic partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: ·      Plan, design, and manage training programs and projects aligned with company goals. ·      Coordinate with trainers, academic institutions, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery. ·      Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. ·      Manage program budgets, resources, and reporting. ·      Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of students and trainers. ·      Analyze program outcomes and prepare periodic performance reports. ·      Identify risks and implement strategies for program improvement. ·      Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners. ·      Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for program promotion and enrollments. ·      Drive continuous improvement in curriculum design, delivery, and operations. Qualifications & Skills: ·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Technology, or related field. ·      5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in EdTech, Training, or IT industry. ·      Strong leadership and people management skills. ·      Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. ·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ·      Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.) is a plus. ·      Knowledge of IT training technologies and trends is an advantage.
