The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education or IT services sector. Your main role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and assist with student or client queries in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries. Explain the company’s services and training programs to prospective students. Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions or appointments. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Handle basic queries and provide appropriate solutions or route them to the relevant department. Meet weekly and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Maintain a polite, professional, and confident tone during all interactions. Support the marketing and sales team in lead generation and feedback collection. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in educational institutions or IT training centers is an added advantage. Any graduation or equivalent qualification.
