Program Management Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize a

  program management framework

  covering initiatives across cell, packs, ESS, and chargers.
• Set up

  governance mechanisms

  – steering committees, dashboards, review cadence, and reporting structures.
• Develop and implement

  standardized tools, templates, and processes

  for project tracking and execution.
• Partner with business leaders to

  translate strategy into actionable programs and milestones

  .
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and drive resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Provide regular

  execution updates to the Head Strategy, leadership team, and Board

  .
• Mentor and build a

  program management culture

  across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA / Master’s in Business, Strategy, Operations, or Engineering.
• 10–12 years’ experience in

  program/project management or strategy execution

  , preferably in

  energy, manufacturing, or technology sectors

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  program governance, PMO practices, and review systems

  .
• Proficiency in tools such as

  MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent program management platforms

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to

  drive accountability

  in a cross-functional environment.
